When Rolex unveiled the 126720VTNR (nick-named the “Sprite”) in 2022, it stunned collectors by placing the crown on the left and pairing it with a striking green-and-black bezel, a bold departure from the brand’s normal layout.
 
It marked the first time Rolex brought a left-hand “destro” sports model into regular production, giving the usual GMT line a fresh, unconventional twist.
